Sep 24, 2015 I would prefer a stone mill over a micronizer but even within the stone mill realm its so confusing. more pluses I care about are its ability to flake/roll oats, You can set up the mill so that it barely cracks the grain to ultra-fine particles - although it will never be as powdery as commercially ground grain.
